When we talk about concrete flat work we are typically referring to the laying of driveways, sidewalks, pathways, patios, RV pads or anywhere else you might need concrete.
Top Quality Mud & Old-Fashioned Guarantee!
We only use top quality products so that we can ensure that our work will stand the test of time. We get only the best concrete from Geneva and other high quality suppliers! When dealing with concrete sometimes the lowest price isn't the best deal. There are numerous concrete suppliers out there and the budget ones use lower grade ingredients. The saying holds true "you get what you pay for". We feel by using a higher quality product we can offer a guarantee of Qualtiy to our customers. We take great pride in our workmanship and want our customers to be satisfied for the Qualtiy of their project.
Specific areas that we focus on and include in every job to ensure quality are: excavation, proper grade work, gravel, crushed concrete and road base, drilling, doweling and rebar reinforcement in the foundation for structural integrity. Furthermore, some jobs require specialized work or materials that most contractors can't provide. When necessary we will use fiber mesh material, specialized rebar forming and other specialized techniques and products more typically reserved for commercial work. All this extra effort is taken to ensure that the project is done right the first time and will save money and work in the long-run. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Going with the least expensive bid may save money up-front but result in many other costs and hassle later down the road.
We have nearly 20 years of concrete experience. We'll apply the perfect texture to your concrete and will evaluate the way the concrete will be used. Concrete is very touchy, if you over-work it, within a few years the concrete will begin to flake and the upper surface will crumble, if not worked enough you will have an area that isn't smooth and properly graded. We also place relief joints and cuts in the proper place to ensure that cracking on the slab surface is minimized. Working concrete is equal parts science and art and we have the perfect blend of the two.
